Do you travel outside Devon & Cornwall?
Absolutely! I regularly travel to counties across the UK and shoot often in London. I also travel abroad and have captured weddings as far away as Brazil and New Zealand and most recently California.

How long do we have to wait to get our full gallery of images?
Because I shoot a limited amount of weddings per year, it enables me to ensure a timely delivery of your images. A preview collection of images will be available for you within one week of your wedding date and your full collection usually around one month later (this can be up to 6 weeks in the busy peak season)

How many images will I receive?
As a guide- for a full day wedding (100+ guests) I would expect to deliver between 650 - 800 images.

Are your images all colour or do you do a mix?
My photography career started in the darkroom and on film, so I still see scenarios as B&W or colour from the moment I lift up my camera. I deliver your images in a mix of B&W and colour, depending on what I feel works best creatively or how I have seen that image created on capture, according to the light

Do you take group photos?
If you want me to, absolutely but if you prefer not to have these, that is fine too. I dont want to miss the candid moments so I suggest just a few family photos in groups be taken, 6-8 groups to take around 15/20 minutes. Nothing too fussy or posed or structured. Just a collective grouping of those special faces.

We hate having our photo taken, can you help us relax for the camera?
Honestly, me too, I see a camera and I want to hide so I always put myself in your shoes and how I would feel. I guide you with that thought in mind. I have learnt so much over the last 14 years in my photography career and I have never had a couple or person say to me 'that was awkward'. I promise I won't pose you and make you feel uncomfortable, we will just go for a wander and find some pretty spots and take some photos of the two of you together. This could be for 10 minutes or 45 minutes. It all depends on how much time you are willing to give. I generally suggest allowing 20-30 minutes if you can.

How do we receive our photos?
Your photos will be delivered to you via and online gallery and from there you can download them immediately. You will also receive your personalised slideshow this way and your prints or album will be sent to you in the post.

Once your decision is made I will send you a booking form to return back to me. A £400 deposit secures your date in my diary. Once this is paid your date is confirmed and I will already be looking forward to your day along with you!
I do love to have a chat before booking, whether that is in person in Newquay or over a call or zoom. I also respect that others prefer email so however suits you best, let's get chatting. I would love to hear your plans!
